The Add people have been a huge addition to our business. From the the first couple months since taking on our google ad account, they have massively improved our conversion rate and online presence. Not only did they ease the pressure of worrying about my ads converting but they did an excellent job of providing actionable steps and suggestions to improve conversion on my landing pages. I've worked closely with Tom Ledger and Anna Mandare. Both have been a huge help in seeing the gradual success of my business. Anna has been very prompt, professional and communicated has continued to patiently explain every detail. She's gone above and beyond to provide an amazing customer experience. I highly recommend anyone to work with the Add People!

I was always reluctant to use ad agencies, but when we finally did, Add People were amazing! Our business was failing due to a forced name change from Instagram, so we decided to try online ads for the first time. Unfortunately, our cash flow was just too low to keep going as i could really see the benefits starting to work for us, it was just a little too late. Thank you to the team, nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained really well, and it it was working. So I'll definitely use these guys if I ever start a new venture!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. The ad campaigns they created were just beyond incompetent. More than the $500 I lost, I lost a lot of time trying to work with them. I would work with literally any other company besides these guys. EDIT: Don't believe the damage control boilerplate reply to my review. They only care until they have your money and then nothing that they promise will come to pass. Not the first time they promised an "investigation" etc to fix the fact that they butchered the most basic tasks. All talk. Good luck ever getting a refund and god help you if you signed a contract.

Totally time wasting I’ve hired them to build my website , initial agreement was to be completed in maximum 6 weeks , after I’ve paid the deposit nobody called me to get the details to start the work , I have to call them to ask. What’s happening they start giving excuses , I’ve asked to get my money back but refused as they don’t do refund based on the terms and condition , I’ve had to deal with it and after 12 weeks they finally managed to finish the website, they are good at one think to get your money . Avoid at all cost totally amateurs not professional

Avoid at all costs. This company are nothing shy of imposters, and will happily take your money and provide you with a cheap.and nasty website along with promising great things but do nothing but hinder the growth of your company. They promise contact 4 weekly but this soon becomes 3 monthly, you get a tacky monthly report sent with figures that dont actually match your contact from clients They aren't interested in anything other than you paying them every month. It'll be the worst mistake you make business wise using them. Trust me.
