We started working with Tracy and her team at Approach Direct Marketing at the beginning of 2018. We’ve previously worked with other telesales companies and had little success. Tracy was quick to understand the complexities and terminology of our business and she understood the important selling points. We gave her direct access to our database and any notes and action points for our team were directly added. She had great success with identifying the correct decision maker and allowing our sales team to continue the relationship as well as making appointments which led to a number of sales. I would definitely recommend her if you do not have the resource in-house to follow up campaigns or open up new business.
