Unfortunately our experience with Netbiz was a complete shambles from the very beginning. If we could give 0 stars, we would. We didn’t want to leave a review like this and we have been more than reasonable throughout the whole process however with the huge build up of lies, let downs and incapabilities, we have been left with no choice. We opted for a new, bespoke website to be built by Netbiz and looked to build a long term relationship to help improve SEO etc. We were quoted 4-6 months for a website build which was sold to us based on other existing websites. We are now over 15 months down the line and have paid the majority of the cost and the site is nowhere near finished and it is clear that Netbiz are not capable of completing this to the standard they quoted/advertised which has now lead us to having to start again with a new developer. Whenever we tried to get in touch with someone, we could never get through as they were permanently in meetings and very rarely rang back. Every time we managed to speak with someone, we just got an apology with them agreeing that it was not acceptable but no action was taken. Nobody wants to take any responsibility. They charge large hourly rates but the service and standard of work does not match this. We could write a book on the problems and broken promises. Please tread carefully before committing to upfront payments and promises as from our experience you won’t get what you’ve paid for, if anything at all!

Great Service from Netbiz, Simon Lister keeps in touch and is always really helpful, when i make updates to my products and services. I rely solely on the website built and hosted by Netbiz and since lockdown have moved from all other forms of advertising. I am as busy with new business as ever.
