Rawnet is one of the most disgraceful companies I have worked with in almost 20 years of running a company. Firstly, I want to point out that at least 4 of the 8 other Google reviews are from members of staff at Rawnet, and one is from a photographer who carried out a job for them but was not a client - who knows if the others are ex-employees or friends/family. If you search the names with the term 'Rawnet' in Google, you will see for yourselves. Rawnet use an obscure CMS that only a tiny number of other companies use, which means once you have your site you're stuck with them and if you're not happy you're in trouble. The price of our job was more than £60,000 and we were ignored for months, lied to, forced to waste weeks doing work because Rawnet couldn't be bothered to do a proper job themselves. The job started in around September or October 2020 and was supposed to be finished by March 2021. After months of being ignored and then having a nightmare trying to get them to do the job properly, our site finally went live in September 2022 - 18 months after it was supposed to go live and having taken more than 4 times longer than promised. After my continued complaints, the boss agreed to let us off the final invoice which was a few thousands of pounds, but it doesn't come close to making up for the problems they caused. The delay nearly ruined our business, and I believe lost us millions of pounds in revenue. To top it all off, at the end we were forced into having them host the site because we didn't know where else to go. They charged us £10,000 for the hosting and made us pay up-front. Renewal has just come up and we have found out it should have cost less than a 20th of this. Because of the terrible relationship that their incompetence (and the arrogance of one particular member of staff) caused, they told my company that they wouldn't continue developing the site after launch which meant we had to find another company. This was difficult because of the CMS, but turned out to be a blessing because the new company are great. Our new hosting has been set up and it cost us around £350 for a year - showing what a rip off Rawnet are (they charged £10,000 for the same).

They are always super quick to respond and are always willing to help and go above and beyond to meet our needs. I highly recommend for anybody looking to bring on a new digital agency!
