ThinkZap are a fantastic company and team. They overhauled our website to make it more engaging, easier to navigate and much nicer to look at! We now have a website which better supports the people we represent and we couldn't be happier. Since ThinkZap designed our new website, we have seen an 86.4% increase in users which in turn has increased traffic to our donation portal. Thanks to the team for all of their work!

Absolutely diabolically service, or lack of. I sent an email some weeks ago and never received a response. I then used their chat and enquired about getting a new website done and was told I would get sent an information pack via email. That never materialised. I followed up yet again. And was ignored. I then went to the Facebook page and went on to chat. They said - we don’t have an enquiry from you at all. I’ve checked your name in our live chat, emails, website, ad campaigns. Nothing. I said that was not true and informed them of just what and when I had said. Then all of a sudden they were able to find the correspondence. Without pausing for breath they came back with, what I can only describe as rude and unprofessional. - I’ve now found the live chat, John. Your details were requested and you told us you were too busy to speak to us. Our job isn’t possible with someone who won’t work with us at the first hurdle. We’d have been able to provide a brochure if you’d provided the requested information. It’s clear we’re not the right fit for you, so good luck in your search for a developer. ---------- With such "service" as this they do not deserve my custom. I was ready to work towards getting a new website and a competition site built. I had also got plans for a couple more site for other projects. Oh and then they go and block me from their Facebook page so that I did not leave a bad review. So chances are they have done this many a time before so beware. Take your rude and arrogant attitude and see how many bills that pays for down the line!

So impressed with this agency. I would recommend working with Think Zap for any small business. They have transformed our website, optimised our SEO and done a great job on our marketing materials, all in budget. Highly recommended.
