SMC Custom Installs5 StarWe worked with Laura and the team at We Are Word Nerds last year to do some SEO copywriting for our new website. I did a fair amount of research before picking We Are Word Nerds. Not only did they pick up the phone promptly (you'd be surprised how many people didn't). Laura was very honest and upfront about how the process worked. She listened well and communication was efficient and concise. Pricing was transparent and lead times for work were good.
When working with Laura you always felt like she was willing to work with you and not just blow off any ideas you may have had.
One specific area I want to commend Laura is on is her research skills. The area of work we do is technology-based and often quite complicated if you aren't that way inclined. Laura worked with the research resources I provided very well and I'm sure spent more time than even I anticipated getting the facts right.
This culminated in copy writing we were very pleased. It was of the perfect length, well researched and of the correct tone of voice.
Needless to say, we are a happy customer and will not hesitate to get back in touch with We Are Word Nerds in due course.
